Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to optimize digital platforms, including websites, intranets, and collaboration tools.
- Design and produce visual media content (e.g., graphics, videos, presentations) to support marketing and internal communications.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, address technical inquiries, and improve user experience.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong technical skills in networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for visual media roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
- Familiarity with construction/real estate industry IT needs is advantageous.
