Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and NodeJS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for security and efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in software development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with Java and NodeJS.
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, global team.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization is a plus.
