Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for healthcare transformation projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinicians, IT teams, and executives, to align business needs with technical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to evaluate new technologies and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and present insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize healthcare service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Proven expertise in process modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, EHR/EMR systems, or digital health solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across global teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
