Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations to enable seamless connectivity between enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to define API specifications, data models, and integration patterns that align with business requirements.
- Implement security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and API policies, to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Optimize API performance through caching, load balancing, and monitoring to deliver high availability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including debugging, logging, and error handling, to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Document API designs, workflows, and integration processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in integration solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, including designing, building, and deploying APIs using the Anypoint Platform.
- Proficiency in MuleSoft 4.x, RAML, DataWeave, and Anypoint Studio for API-led connectivity.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.
- Experience with API security protocols such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API policies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
- MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are a plus.
