Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade systems and applications.
- Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Support the deployment of new technologies and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and common IT tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
