Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of data center support professionals, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as TPM, DCBT, DCO, and Network to optimize data center operations.
- Develop and implement strategies for capacity planning, logistics, and deployment to meet business demands.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability of data center services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data center operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for data center management.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data center operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including networking, storage, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with capacity planning, logistics, and deployment strategies.
- Certifications in data center management (e.g., CDCP, CDCS) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
