Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), on-premise upgrades, and hybrid solutions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and business units, to align infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking).
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies, with hands-on experience in tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a multinational or global IT environment, with a focus on Asia-Pacific markets.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment, with strong self-motivation and time-management skills.
