Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT and software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Implement and oversee Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to optimize project delivery and team productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and technical teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to keep projects on track.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT solutions, and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI, IoT).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
