Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules to align with business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Design and execute maintenance strategies, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans within SAP PM.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP PM-related issues, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective adoption of SAP PM functionalities.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize maintenance operations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in SAP PM by performing regular audits and validations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP PM trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SAP PM Functional Consultant (end-user or support-only experience does not qualify).
- Proven track record of full-cycle SAP PM implementations (from blueprinting to go-live).
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM modules, including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Orders, and Notifications.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC, with expertise in integration with other modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with business users and IT teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field; SAP certification is a plus.
