Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of IT infrastructure to identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement tailored solutions to enhance system reliability, scalability, and speed.
- Provide expert consultancy to clients on best practices for infrastructure management and optimization.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of performance improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance using advanced tools and metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting guides, and performance reports.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Lead incident response efforts to quickly resolve critical infrastructure issues and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, performance tuning, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise infrastructure.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or AppDynamics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
