Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-leading tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
- Implement AI-driven testing solutions to enhance test coverage, reduce manual effort, and improve defect detection.
- Conduct performance testing (load, stress, and scalability) to identify bottlenecks and optimize system efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment of high-quality software.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks and tools to support regression, functional, and non-functional testing.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, automation, and performance engineering to drive innovation in QA processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the QA team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, automation, or quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and performance testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test script development.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, LoadRunner) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in testing (e.g., test data generation, anomaly detection).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize test processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
