Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of React-based frontend and Node.js backend applications for enterprise clients.
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and SEO to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, from UI/UX to database integration.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend services (e.g., Express.js).
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
- Proven ability to lead agile teams, manage sprints, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
