Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and systems using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
- Optimize application performance through code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve development workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster team growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all software development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript (Node.js, React, or Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and API development (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
