Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and deliver scalable IT solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for hardware, software, and services.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are robust and up-to-date.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- Proven 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks, project management, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CISSP, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving technological demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
