Responsibility
- Architect and Develop Scalable Solutions: Design, build, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead Technical Projects: Spearhead end-to-end development cycles, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize System Performance: Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement optimizations to enhance application speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster team growth and excellence.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures and adhere to industry standards to protect user data and system integrity.
- Innovate with Emerging Tech: Research and integrate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our tech stack ahead of the curve.
- Monitor and Maintain Systems: Oversee production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive monitoring to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Field: Or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Proven track record in full-stack or backend development, with expertise in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go.
- Experience with Modern Frameworks: Proficiency in frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, or Django.
- Cloud & DevOps Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Database Expertise: Strong skills in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
- Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
