Responsibility
- Administer and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect guest and company data.
- Manage and optimize database systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions for hotel operations.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT systems during the pre-opening phase.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hospitality technology and IT security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network and system administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in IT security or network administration are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
