Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support hardware installations and upgrades.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for data center operations.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility services and equipment procurement.
- Document procedures, incidents, and maintenance activities for compliance.
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the data center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in data center operations or facility management (for senior roles).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, and critical power systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., TIA-942, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
- Certifications (e.g., CDCP, CFM) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
