Responsibility

  • Provide advanced Level 2 deskside support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for end-users in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
  • Document support tickets, solutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and deployments.
  • Conduct user training sessions on IT tools and best practices.
  • Support IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and networking principles.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel.
