Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of responsive, high-traffic web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and SEO, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, design patterns).
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and backend services (RESTful, GraphQL) to extend functionality.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, implementing automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure robustness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a portfolio showcasing complex projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
