Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven knowledge management systems to streamline workflows and enhance data accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to identify inefficiencies and develop automation solutions using AI and machine learning.
- Develop and maintain best practices, frameworks, and documentation for knowledge sharing and process optimization.
- Drive the adoption of innovative tools and technologies (e.g., NLP, RPA, predictive analytics) to augment human capabilities.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to align knowledge systems with business objectives.
- Train and mentor teams on new workflows and AI-enabled tools to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of knowledge systems, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, fintech, and digital transformation to recommend strategic innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge management, business process optimization, or digital transformation, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML applications, workflow automation, or enterprise knowledge systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or custom solutions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with financial markets, regulatory compliance, or exchange operations is a plus.
