Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead data integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and external systems.
- Optimize data models, workflows, and automation processes within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, applying them to enhance solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance within Salesforce environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Data Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with data integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Data Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
