Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware/software systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, protocols, and best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of SHAREDA’s digital platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT needs and recommend scalable solutions.
- Conduct regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and system audits to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in network configuration, server management, and cybersecurity principles.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies is advantageous.
