Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for IT applications and services to identify savings opportunities.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and compliance monitoring.
- Develop and implement IT sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to forecast spending and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on cost-saving initiatives and vendor performance.
- Identify risks and opportunities in IT procurement and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support the implementation of new IT applications and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or category analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management within the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and emerging technologies.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
