Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security equipment in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform on-site inspections to assess security needs and recommend optimal system layouts for clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, including connectivity, recording failures, and camera malfunctions.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure 24/7 operational reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage, features, and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement integrated security solutions (e.g., CCTV + access control).
- Document all installations, repairs, and service visits with accurate reports for client and internal records.
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies, including AI-powered analytics and cloud-based surveillance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a CCTV Technician, Security Systems Installer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of analog and IP camera systems, video management software (VMS), and networking principles.
- Certification in CCTV installation (e.g., BICSI, Bosch, Hikvision) is a plus.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and building blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments (e.g., heights, confined spaces) and lift equipment up to 20kg.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for on-site assignments.
- Basic English proficiency for client communication and technical documentation.
