Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure and IT systems.
- Develop and execute IT strategies to enhance scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
- Monitor IT budgets, optimize costs, and report on key performance metrics.
- Mentor and develop IT talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably in data center operations or cloud services.
- Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving IT projects.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to Bali as needed.
