Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
- Develop and optimize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues using AI-powered observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into DevOps workflows for predictive scaling, anomaly detection, and automated remediation.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery for cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Implement security best practices, including zero-trust architectures, secrets management, and compliance automation.
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct post-mortems, and drive improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of DevOps excellence through knowledge sharing and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles, with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) and configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps principles.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, or Azure DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
