Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end financial projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including status updates, presentations, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all financial projects.
- Optimize financial processes through automation, digital tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial services, data analytics, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading complex financial projects from inception to completion, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, data analytics, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, IFRS, AML).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong self-discipline and time management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
