Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for IT-driven improvements in financial advisory services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments for IT projects.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives to drive user adoption.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech, insurtech, and business analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT and financial services.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial software implementations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in insurance or banking sectors (e.g., GDPR, AML).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while delivering measurable results.
