Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud solutions. Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure and application systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Design and implement automation tools and scripts to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate SRE principles into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and outages, implementing corrective and preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
- Manage and configure cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to support scalable and resilient application deployments.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architectures, operational procedures, and incident response protocols.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems and applications.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in cloud operations, SRE, or DevOps roles, with a strong focus on reliability engineering.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
- Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
