Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for Credit Card Services (CCS) enhancements and new feature implementations.
- Develop and present Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with macro and detailed cost/time estimates for project planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Risk) to design and implement functional specifications.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future states, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth transition of solutions into production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, fintech, or credit card services.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and WBS creation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based role with a results-driven mindset.
