Responsibility
- Lead and supervise IT personnel, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support technology needs and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT supervision or management roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IT governance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco are a plus.
