Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze security alerts to detect and respond to cyber threats.
- Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports on findings.
- Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures and protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or incident response.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of security tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in a BPO or similar environment is advantageous.
