Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
- Work closely with IT and enterprise teams to ensure seamless integration of business systems.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
