Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to identify their business challenges and IT requirements.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized ICT solutions.
- Develop and present compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in RFP/RFI processes, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting within the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as needed.
