In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for fibre network deployments, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. Your expertise will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-speed fibre optic projects, helping to expand Australia’s digital connectivity.

Responsibility
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and validate fibre network order requirements.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time deployment of fibre optic infrastructure.
- Liaise with Australian telco partners to align project objectives with business goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present status updates, reports, and documentation for leadership and clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve network design, installation, or connectivity issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between sales, engineering, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fibre networks or telecom.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with fibre optic technologies, network deployment, and telco industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in Australian telecom market is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Australian business hours (day shift).
