Responsibility
- Perform routine IT operations, including system backups, network troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage and maintain server room equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical support for office PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance speed, reliability, and security.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including servers, switches, and routers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions for IT infrastructure enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, network administration, or a similar role (junior candidates with relevant internships or certifications are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with backup solutions, cybersecurity principles, and IT service management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different office locations in Bali.
