Responsibility
- Coordinate and administer network-based learning programs, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and institutional standards.
- Manage and maintain digital platforms, tools, and resources used for extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize network performance for educational programs.
- Develop and implement schedules, timelines, and workflows for program delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor program participation, gather feedback, and generate reports to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and external partners involved in network programs.
- Organize and oversee logistics for virtual and hybrid learning events, including webinars, workshops, and collaborative projects.
- Stay updated on emerging educational technologies and recommend innovations to enhance program quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in program administration, network management, or a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools, learning management systems (LMS), and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, data analysis, and reporting for program evaluation is a plus.
