Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions for Forge’s next-generation technology stack.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver scalable systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, best practices, and code excellence.
- Optimize software performance, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive technical discussions, propose architectural improvements, and implement cutting-edge technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in software engineering and advocate for their adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on advanced systems.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or Go).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Expertise in software design patterns, data structures, and algorithm optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
