Responsibility
- Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects for major clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored Oracle ERP solutions.
- Conduct system analysis, configuration, and customization to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Oracle ERP systems.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting, with a focus on implementation and support.
- Proven track record of leading ERP projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior staff.
- Certification in Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
