Responsibility
- Design and Develop: Build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, or Django).
- System Architecture: Architect robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices to support business-critical functions.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and assess new tools, libraries, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Optimization: Refactor and optimize existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, APIs, and workflows.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in software development, with a focus on full-stack or backend systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#, and frameworks like Spring Boot, .NET, or Express.js.
- Frontend Expertise: Hands-on experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular for dynamic UI development.
- Database Mastery: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex systems and propose innovative solutions.
- Agile Practices: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
