Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud) tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, workflows, and automation rules (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, and security settings to optimize platform performance.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, marketing tools, payment gateways) using APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft), or AppExchange apps.
- Conduct user training, change management, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Sales/Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and at least one domain-specific certification (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ).
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Custom Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Sharing Settings, etc.).
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data tools (Data Loader, Informatica).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
