As a Senior IT Administrator, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. Responsibility
- Infrastructure Leadership: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- System Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security protocols, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Network Management: Oversee LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall configurations to guarantee seamless connectivity and data protection.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, train, and mentor IT staff to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Project Execution: Spearhead IT projects from planning to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide high-level technical support, resolving complex issues to minimize downtime.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize IT resources.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, cost-efficiency, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in IT administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking (Cisco, Juniper).
- Security Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Cloud & On-Prem: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure management.
- Scripting & Automation: Skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar for task automation.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP) are a strong plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent English proficiency and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
