Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the implementation and integration of ERP, CRM, or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau) to streamline operations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend scalable solutions to align with business growth.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in retail technology and propose innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present business cases, ROI analyses, and project timelines to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, MIS Manager, or similar role, preferably in retail, luxury, or trading industries.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, SQL, Excel (advanced), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and their implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications in PMP, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a bonus.
