Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS, APEX, OIC, and RICEFW solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Architect and optimize Oracle Cloud (OCI, Fusion) and on-premise integrations, including data migration, API management, and workflow automation.
- Mentor and guide development teams on Oracle development standards, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical roadmaps, and deliver scalable, secure Oracle solutions.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy Oracle systems, ensuring compatibility with cloud-native architectures and hybrid environments.
- Implement robust testing, documentation, and change management processes for Oracle projects.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay ahead of Oracle technology trends (e.g., AI/ML integrations, autonomous databases) and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, APEX, OIC, PL/SQL, and RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
- Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in Oracle-based projects, including cloud migrations (OCI, Fusion).
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with Oracle Database administration, performance tuning, and security hardening.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud, EBS, or APEX are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
