Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) tailored to client needs.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE to align with business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power Platform applications to improve performance and user adoption.
- Create and maintain Dataverse databases, entities, and relationships to support data integrity.
- Develop Model-Driven and Canvas Apps with a focus on usability, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate (flows) to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and internal teams on Power Platform best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong understanding of low-code development, business process automation, and data modeling.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET (for advanced customizations) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or ALM tools for solution deployment and version control.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-200, or MB-210) are highly advantageous.
