Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with APAC business leaders to understand their needs and align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Demand Shaping: Proactively identify opportunities for IT to drive business value, translating requirements into actionable IT strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all levels.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience in the APAC region.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure IT initiatives comply with global standards, local regulations, and CMA CGMâs policies.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of IT projects on business outcomes.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Budget Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams to optimize IT spend and demonstrate ROI on technology investments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business, IT, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in IT-business engagement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational corporation.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (or another APAC language) to engage effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics, shipping, or supply chain industries, with experience in digital transformation.
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of enterprise IT systems (ERP, CRM, cybersecurity) and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cloud).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to problem-solving, with experience in business case development and ROI analysis.
