Responsibility
- Provide Level 2 application support for Oracle Fusion Finance, including incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to diagnose and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Finance updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and knowledge base articles for internal and external reference.
- Conduct user training and create guides to improve system adoption and reduce support tickets.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical financial system operations.
- Work closely with vendors and Oracle support teams to escalate and resolve high-priority issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance application support or a similar ERP system.
- Strong understanding of financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and use debugging tools.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database management.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Certifications in Oracle Fusion Finance or related technologies are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
