Responsibility
- Design, develop, and automate Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
- Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Monitor data trends, highlight anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on report interpretation and self-service analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in MIS reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a global team environment.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or VBA for automation is advantageous.
