Responsibility
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage user identities, access rights, and authentication protocols using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and other identity management tools.
- Implement and enforce security policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access to protect organizational data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot identity-related issues, including password resets, account lockouts, and permission conflicts.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and deploy identity governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.
- Automate identity lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding) using PowerShell, Power Automate, or other scripting tools.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and entitlements to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training on Office 365 applications and identity management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support, identity management, or Microsoft 365 administration.
- Proven expertise in Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Office 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, SSO, and federation services.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, and troubleshooting in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
