Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to support business operations and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality across all information systems in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and departmental teams to identify system requirements and implement scalable MIS solutions.
- Generate customized reports and analytics to provide actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Train end-users on MIS tools and best practices to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Support data migration, integration, and backup procedures to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an MIS Officer, Data Analyst, or similar role in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management (MySQL, Oracle, etc.), and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
